We’re Going to “Whiskey Disneyland”… aka Whiskeyland… aka Jack Daniel’s Distillery

Date: Tuesday, August 20

Cost: Sold Out

Agenda:

9:30 AM: Arrive in Lynchburg for breakfast at the historic Miss Mary Bobo’s. We will have the restaurant all to ourselves. A true ABV Network takeover.

11:00 AM: Behind the Scenes Distillery Tour the includes a tasting of Jack Daniel’s products.

1:30 – 3:30: Private party in our own space featuring specialty cocktails from Jack Daniel’s.

Hotel: You will need to get there Monday. I suggest getting in early and spending time in Lynchburg. The town square features fun little shops and restaurants and if you want to buy Jack Daniel’s merchandise, you need to get it there (they don’t have t-shirts and merch at the distillery). I’m booked at the Lynchburg Country Inn. It’s within walking distance of town square and the distillery. You can book online (lynchburgcountryinn.com) but we’ve got more people than they have rooms so get in early. Nothing fancy, but clean and close to where you want to be! If you don’t make it in there, look to other nearby hotels or AirBnb.

Overview: Jack Daniel’s is the greatest distillery in America. I’m not talking the whiskey here because that’s all about individual tastes. I’m talking the distillery itself. Yes, there are other very cool distilleries… but Jack Daniel’s sits at the very place Jack Daniel himself started the company. Love it or not, Jack Daniel and his brand are iconic and that history is there… preserved and you will get the chance to experience it like no one else on this trip. I feel so passionate about this one it feels like it should be mandatory for Crew Club members to do this. This is American Whiskey. Come and see how a legend is built with the ABV Network.
